Improv School

  • Offer improv theatre courses and workshops, both for individuals (leisure) and corporate or organizational teams.

  • Provide team-building workshops that use improv theatre games and exercises as tools for improving collaboration, communication, trust, creativity, taking risks, overcoming blocks.

  • Run one-off improv jams or theatre sessions for people of all levels — beginners, people with no prior experience, etc.

  • Conduct improv workshops internationally and participate in improv/theatre festivals.

  • Organize the International Improv Festival “Tilt”.

Philosophy / Unique Features:

  • Emphasis on creative freedom, spontaneity, “yes, and…” attitude. Improvisation as a way to learn courage, listen well, collaborate, accept mistakes, overcome fear of being on stage.

  • Learning through experience, joy, playful methods rather than just lectures. Practical, interactive, supportive environment.

  • Working in more than one language (Estonian & English) to reach broader audience.
