What Working With Me Looks Like If You’re Setting Up in Estonia

Estonia’s e-Residency programme is built for remote company management and digital administration, and the process of company formation itself can be handled online. But that does not remove the need to think clearly about tax residency, permanent establishment, banking access, annual reporting, contact person requirements, and whether your activity falls into a licensed or regulated category.
So the value is not “I help you register a company.” The value is that we work out whether you should register one, what structure actually fits, and what problems need solving before you start spending money.
